Current Works

I am completing a major historical novel that reimagines the extraordinary life of a nineteenth-century African intellectual, tracing themes of memory, voice, and survival across the Black Atlantic. The work is grounded in extensive archival research and was developed in close conversation with leading scholars of the African diaspora.

Past Works

My two-decade career as a narrative architect has unfolded across several intersecting fields at the crossroads of language, research, and storytelling.

• Translation & Literary Ghostwriting
I have translated and ghostwritten fiction and non-fiction for a range of international clients and publishing houses, shaping voices and narratives across genres.

• Subtitling & Script Adaptation
I have created subtitles and adapted scripts for more than 1,000 hours of film and television—including award-winning documentaries and globally distributed series for major streaming platforms. This work sharpened my sense of rhythm, clarity, and cross-cultural nuance.

• Academic Research & Narrative Theory
My doctoral research in Information Sciences examined the architecture of storytelling, connecting narrative theory to creative practice.

• Current Focus
I now channel this accumulated expertise into my own long-form literary projects, where historical depth and narrative craft converge.

Writing Experience
Several books are stacked on a desk, along with a pair of hands typing on a laptop in the background. The books have various colorful covers, and a small plant is visible in the background.

Writing has been my lifelong companion—a practice of patient discovery, relentless revision, and constant dialogue with memory, history, and imagination. Over time, each story has deepened my understanding of both the world and myself, revealing truths that only sustained practice can uncover.
